The installation “Mahoucletá”, conceived by Vitamin in collaboration with the creative agency Maslow, is inspired by the traditional “mascletá”, the rhythmic pyrotechnic displays held during Valencia’s Fallas festival. Instead of using explosive fireworks, this installation reimagined the experience by employing 120 Mahou bottles. Replicating the sensory stimulation of a mascletá, the team choreographed a sequence in which wooden blocks struck metal bottle openers, uncorking the bottles.

The real-time sounds — from the activation of motorized systems to the popping of the caps — replaced the detonations of fireworks. The setup, composed of motorized devices integrated into a wooden structure resembling bleachers, underwent an extensive prototyping process before reaching its final design.
