Course in TouchDesigner and Immersive Experiences
The Vitamin Academy course teaches TouchDesigner and the creation of real-time visual and interactive experiences.
Students learn to develop generative projects, immersive installations, and visuals for mapping or live performances, combining art and technology.
The methodology is hands-on, based on real studio projects and personalized mentoring, with the goal of helping students transform their creative ideas into interactive digital experiences.
Vitamin Academy is the new learning space from Vitamin, a creative studio based in Valencia with over a decade of experience exploring art, technology, and immersive experiences in museums, festivals, and cultural venues. For the first time, we are opening a space dedicated to interactive design and real-time visual creation, where artists and digital creatives can develop innovative projects and experiment with new forms of visual expression.

TOUCHDESIGNER
TouchDesigner is a virtually limitless tool for real-time creativity, designed for artists, performers, and researchers. It allows for a highly free approach to working with generative media and prints. Systems are built by connecting visual blocks that form networks. Everything you do in TouchDesigner happens in real time, while you experience the outcome of your work.

Vitamin Academy combines technical training with real-world artistic application, teaching the same workflows used by Vitamin Studio in professional immersive projects. You’ll learn both the software and how to apply it creatively.

You must bring your own laptop and a mouse, preferably one with three buttons, for a smoother workflow in TouchDesigner.

You’ll need a computer that can run TouchDesigner smoothly. We recommend:
Windows 10/11 or macOS 13+
Dedicated GPU required
Nvidia: GeForce 1000 series or newer (recommended)
AMD: Radeon 5000 series or newer
Mac: Apple Silicon preferred (Intel Macs should have a discrete GPU)
GPU memory: Minimum 4 GB (8 GB+ recommended)
RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB recommended)
Drivers: Up-to-date GPU drivers and Vulkan 1.1 support
Input device: A three-button mouse with scroll wheel
Some advanced features (video encoding, AI tools, face tracking, VR, etc.) require Windows + Nvidia GPU, but for the course, any of the configurations above will work.

Yes. We periodically invite national and international creators to offer workshops and share their expertise in generative visuals, VJing, and immersive art.

Yes. Completion grants an official Vitamin Academy certificate. Plans are underway to collaborate with Derivative (TouchDesigner) for international recognition.
